Data Entry Coordinator

Position Description:

The Data Entry Coordinator will support the Technology Specialist in managing and maintaining NFN’s technological systems, with a primary focus on data entry using the REDCap data capture software. This role will also assist with various technology projects, ensuring the efficient operation of computers, networks, and other technical resources.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of precision and efficiency.
  • Verify, update, and maintain existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, flagging any issues for resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to all relevant policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Perform audits of data to identify discrepancies, ensuring timely reporting of any errors found.
  • Participate in technology-related projects within the organization as needed, contributing skills to enhance processes and systems.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall team productivity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with data entry and management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks and systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with REDCap or similar data capture software.
