Who We Are: Nurses for Newborns is a locally recognized nonprofit organization that provides home-based services to promote the health, safety, and well-being of babies and their families. Our vision is that all families thrive and every baby realizes their full potential. Located in the states of MO and TN we provide over 10,000 visits annually to support babies and their caregivers.

Who You Are: You are passionate about our mission! You know that your work supporting technology functions and data collection, extraction and reporting is significant to the mission of Nurses for Newborns.

Key Duties Include:
- Providing support for data entry and quality assurance
- Performing data queries, data export and analysis for timely reporting
- Participating in collaborative projects, meetings and groups
- Administers weekly client fidelity and satisfaction surveys
- Provides clerical support to Chief Analytics Officer and team
- Supports agency and team in the furtherance of accreditation, evaluation and research
- Occasionally supports Help Desk requests in a timely, professional manner

Position Description:

Nurses for Newborns (NFN) is an independent non-profit organization serving thousands of babies and families each year in St. Charles County, St. Louis City and County and numerous surrounding counties. If you are interested in working in a non-profit that truly makes a difference in the community NFN is looking for you!

NFN is seeking a Community Health Worker who will provide services to infants and families. Primary duties include: Visits clients primarily in their homes. Some visits may be virtual as appropriate. Closely collaborates with the Staff Nurse for provision of services and referrals. A knowledge of community resources is preferable. Assists with cultural mediation among individuals, communities, health and social service systems. Provides culturally appropriate health education and information. Provides case management and system navigation. Provides coaching and social support. Advocates for individuals and communities. Assists with building individual and community capacity. Conducts community outreach. Completes documentation in clinical database for client contacts, scheduled appointments and visits based on NFN policies.
