Data and Technology Coordinator

Who We Are: Nurses for Newborns is a locally recognized nonprofit organization that provides home-based services to promote the health, safety, and well-being of babies and their families. Our vision is that all families thrive and every baby realizes their full potential. Located in the states of MO and TN we provide over 10,000 visits annually to support babies and their caregivers.

Who You Are: You are passionate about our mission! You know that your work supporting technology functions and data collection, extraction and reporting is significant to the mission of Nurses for Newborns.

Key Duties Include:

Providing support for data entry and quality assurance

Performing data queries, data export and analysis for internal reporting

Participating in collaborative projects, meetings and groups

Providing Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support to staff, including hardware and software troubleshooting and basic networking issues.

Serving as backup to the Technology Supervisor

Supporting maintenance and updates for agency systems, including laptops, mobile devices and printers.

Monitoring and responding to Help Desk requests in a timely, professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or relevant industry certifications required
  • Experience in data management and hands-on technical support strongly preferred
  • Prior exposure to technical support, system administration, or IT coordination preferred
  • Strong interest in IT systems, troubleshooting, and end-user support highly desirable
  • Skills in excellent customer service, both internal and external
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MAC hardware and software, Microsoft and Windows applications
  • Familiarity with IT support practices including networking, account management, and troubleshooting devices
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and deadlines appropriately
  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment
